We selected Crawl Space Ninja for our crawl space encapsulation and mold remediation project, after receiving several proposals. Our selection was based on our positive interactions with our Sales rep. Naaman by defining our project options, and several references. I also gained a lot of knowledge by watching the Ninja YouTube videos.

Once the process started, job coordinator Milly scheduled a visit for the dehumidifier install. After 2 weeks of reducing the moisture content of the floor joists, the project began. Team Lead Jacob was very easy to work with and took time to explain the process. His team of TJ and Mitch were also helpful with my questions and were very competent .with the remediation and encapsulation install. The project started and ended as scheduled. My Install review was positive and several days later a final inspection by Team Forman William confirmed the completion. All Paper work was detailed and electronic.

From start to finish, everyone was professional, courteous, and understanding. Communication was excellent. Josh Gay, Jake and the rest of the crew did an outstanding job and cleaned up nicely when done. Stephen was a peach when he came out for the estimate (twice). Mike was really nice when he stopped by to check things out day 1 and day 3. We are just waiting for our final walk but are pleased with the work that has been done and hopeful our flooding days are over. And we already have another project in mind to give to Crawl Space Ninja.
Leah and I will absolutely recommend you guys to anyone we know who needs waterproofing. A plus service and A plus attitudes. We want to thank you for making a very stressful and tearful situation easier. I’ll come back and add some pics to this once our plumber is done working.
