John was thorough and attentive from the get go. He showed up early and prepared for our 9am start despite having an almost 2 hour drive to reach us. Scheduling and booking follow up call to review the report and ask for question was very easy. John was able to walk us through all the details and answer our questions in layman terms. John having lived in a log cabin himself for 8 years added comfort to us that he really knew what would matter in regard to ensuring integrity and condition of the home.
