Review 1
John was thorough and attentive from the get go. He showed up early and prepared for our 9am start despite having an almost 2 hour drive to reach us. As first time home buyers, we are completely new to many facets of home maintenance and construction, but John was very patient in explaining all his observations during the inspection and answering our questions. Super friendly guy! Scheduling was easy and convenient on his website. The final report was very detailed and well organized with plenty of pictures. Thank you John!
Review 2
Working with John at C3 really gave us comfort on moving forward with a bid price that was fully informed. Scheduling and booking follow up call to review the report and ask for question was very easy. John was able to walk us through all the details and answer our questions in layman terms. John having lived in a log cabin himself for 8 years added comfort to us that he really knew what would matter in regard to ensuring integrity and condition of the home. The a la cart pricing was very helpful as well. Reports came back in a timely manner and with great detail. Highly recommend working with C3 and John
