Our 10-year old hot-water heater stopped working. They gave me a competitive quote for an hot-water tank that was furnished by them and the installation. They installed it the same day that it stopped working which was much appreciated. They were honest about their after-hours labor rate which wasn’t much more than their regular hours rates unlike most other companies. They were professional and arrived on time. Our home was built by Ryan Homes ~2 years ago and we came to find out, over time, that a master bath toilet pipe was not sloped properly causing a major collection of water within the pipe. Thankfully, this was not an emergency issue. After a dozen or so “clogs” I contacted Blauch Brothers. I requested Blauch’s service online one evening and by the next business day they were on site inspecting my toilet. The technicians, Stacey, his son, and another man were incredibly helpful and informative throughout their visit. They even provided me with video footage and photos (USB drive) so that I could continue to support my case with the RH warranty department. I felt the Blauch team genuinely cared and wanted to help in any way possible. Great group. I was more than happy with the service provided.
