We had a sudden burst pipe and caught it pretty soon. However, water does damage quickly. Our plumber brought DisasterPro into action right away. They came that day and removed the damaged materials and set up fans and dryers. They took lots of photos so they knew how to put things back together. They have good organization and respond quickly and follow through. The restoration went faster than expected and you cannot tell that damage ever happened. Many contractors over promise and under deliver. Our experience was the opposite. Restoration happened faster than initially promised and the skill of the workers and their professional processes exceeded our expectations. Strong recommendation.
