Review 1
Overall a great experience. I appreciated the straightforward inspection. It didn’t feel very salesman like, just straight to the point.
Once the team started, the crew was very nice and respectful of my belongings.
They worked on a sump pump installation in my crawlspace along with a vapor barrier installation. They did a great job doing the work quickly and as clean as possible.
Quote cost was spot on. No surprises with me. They also provided a nice summary of the work that was done. Overall I would recommend working with them.
Total time for the sump pump installation, making a french drain and replacing the old vapor barrier with a 20mil sheet was about 1 day of work for them. So I am pleased it was done that fast.

I wish I could rate NWCSS 10 stars. From start to finish, NWCSS was extremely professional and the work performed was exceptional. At my request, the project was completed in two phases and was glad NWCSS accommodated my request. The crew always arrived on time each day and worked tirelessly to completed the work. As an extra exceptional service, the owner Lior, took the initiative and volunteered to inspect the project shortly after its completion. Detailed photos of the project were furnished for our records. In conclusion, I highly recommend NWCSS as a great, professional contractor.
