Excellent service and job done very well.

Corbin came the same day I called and assessed the electric water heater leak and gave me an estimate. (The estimate itself was just a number – no breakout for time, materials.) Corbin and another technician came on time the following day and replaced the heater and added a shutoff valve and cleaned up.

All interactions in person and communications over the phone/text/email were courteous and professional.

I highly recommend CPI and will use them again.

I am delighted with my experience with CPI plumbing. First, they actually called me back, and promptly, unlike the South Whidbey plumbers who never return calls. The rep was professional and attentive and booked an appointment for that week. Trever Foster showed up as scheduled, discussed the problem with me and gave me options. He was friendly and professional. He fixed the leak in my crawlspace, and when I asked him about toilet replacement, he stayed late and did one even though we hadn’t scheduled it. I was extremely pleased with my experience. Trever was great and the responsiveness of this company was excellent.
