Review 1
These 5 star reviews are for real!! My wife and I were super impressed with this company! ¡Buen trabajo! I would recommend them for any of the services they provide. Dom H. ran an excellent crew with our basement repair. Dominick was an absolute pleasure to work with. Constant, clear communication through the entire process. Him and his crew went above AND beyond doing so much more than I had anticipated or expected. Special shout-out to Kyle V. for an incredible job with his inspection, documenting, and above all his customer service. Very thorough and an incredible “no-pressure” vibe.
If I could give more stars I would💐👏

Just had sump pump and drain tile inside and outside installed.
Took out other companies work that was less then 8 yrs old 😭.
They, where fast, helpful, fixed everything and came with a wonderful warranty.
Had crew in and out in 2days and left house & yard all cleaned up.
Typical Costs
Crawl Space Cleaning: $500 ~ $4,000
This is for basic services like removing debris, old insulation, or minor mold.
Foundation and Structural Repairs: $2,500 ~ $8,000
This includes fixing things like a damaged support beam or re-leveling the foundation.
Waterproofing and Moisture Control: $1,500 ~ $5,000
This might involve installing a drainage system or a sump pump.
Crawl Space Encapsulation: $5,000 ~ $15,000+
This is a comprehensive solution that includes a vapor barrier, insulation, and often a dehumidifier. The cost can be on the higher end due to the materials and labor involved.
