Groundworks Description
Groundworks – San Antonio is the local branch of Groundworks, a national provider specializing in residential and commercial foundation and subterranean structure solutions.
The San Antonio team delivers foundation repair, basement waterproofing, crawl space repair and encapsulation, and concrete lifting services.
Their offerings address common structural and moisture issues—such as uneven floors, foundation settling, leaking window wells, wet basements, crawl space mold, and sunken concrete—using trained, certified technicians and patented repair systems.
Typical solutions include helical piers and push piers for underpinning, wall repair systems and anchors for bowed or cracked walls, interior drain systems and sump pumps for basement waterproofing, crawl-space supports and dehumidifiers for moisture control and encapsulation, and concrete lifting methods to restore level, safe surfaces.
Groundworks emphasizes a three-step customer process: a free inspection by a certified field inspector, a consultative assessment to identify problem signs and impacted areas, and installation of customized, often patented, solutions by professional crews.
The San Antonio branch offers free estimates, financing options, maintenance scheduling, and a service & maintenance program.
Groundworks highlights customer reviews and warranties and presents credentials such as BBB recognition and industry awards.
The company also serves many surrounding Texas communities, positioning the San Antonio office as a regional resource for structural stabilization, moisture mitigation, and concrete repair aimed at protecting property value, safety, and home health.

I had Foundation Support Specialist come to my house to do a major foundation repair. A total of 43 piers were installed. A very expensive repair. The rep, Clayton Davis assured me that with this many piers installed I would not have any further problems. It has been 3 yrs now and each year that the techs come out to my house to do measurements, they tell me that there is no adjustments needed. Although, throughout the house there are new cracks, doors don’t shut, and the concrete slab is shifting the new floor I had put down. This company sold a good idea but my house is worse off now than when this project started. I need someone from FFS or Groundwork’s or what ever your new name is, to send me a link to talk to someone that is higher up than a tech who is going to fix this issue.
3/10/25 – – UPDATE!!! Groundsworks management listened and heard my complaint. Thank You!! They are currently working with me to do their BEST to resolve my foundation issues. I will update more, after what they have proposed has been completed and I see the results of their efforts. Stand by………
3/17/25 – – UPDATE!!! Groundworks Injection Crew have completed their process injecting the ground stabilizing solution around the entire perimeter of my homes foundation. Greg has done exactly what he said he would do and had his crew come out to do this ground solution injection. Groundworks crew members Jose C. and Jose M. showed up on-time today. They were very thorough in making sure I understood what they were doing and what this injection solution is going to do to this clay/soil composition mix we have here in the San Antonio, TX. area. Thank you guys and thank you Groundworks for doing everything you can to stabilize my home.

We had to have our foundation stabilized so we called ground workers. Deven came and evacuated the house. He was very informative and gave us a plan of action. Danny, Chris and Ricky came to do the work. They kept us informed and did the job in 1 and 1/2 days. They were very professional and keep us informed during the whole project. We were pleased with the work and the clean up.
