Just had Groundworks out to level a sidewalk from front door to driveway. Wife had both hips replaced and wanted to remove tripping hazards. Crew did a nice job. Answered my questions, showed me before and after repair. Overall satisfied! Crew consisted of: John Sauceda, Certified Field Inspector, Austin Holt, Foreman-Lead Technician, Josh Robinson, Technician…Communication last week when bitter cold was non-existent, job was postponed on day of repair, but only after I called. 48hrs prior to repair today, I was getting text messages and updates. Great recovery. Communication is key.
