I totally expected him to try to sell me a new unit immediately but instead he greatly educated me, took the time to patiently answer all my questions, AND repaired the existing unit at a fraction of the price! I appreciated him so much that I eagerly signed up for the maintenance program because of his excellent customer service & also the maintenance program made a lot of sense financially being that it is at a good price!
