Hired Crawl Space Ninja without any back knowledge, and that can backfire, but NOT SO with this company. Jordan arrived, surveyed a difficult job with professionalism and great attitude. 2 weeks later, Project Manager Max, Tom, Tony & Andrew showed up ready to work. 3 days of hard work in a tiny crawl space. They not only did the work, but did so with a hard working, good attitude, and explained all they did. The job was completed on time and all seems to working as planned and very pleased with results. BUT mostly pleased with something that is EXTREMELY RARE these days…Great Customer Service With A Great Crew With A GOOD ATTITUDE! It cost a lot, but worth every penny for the rarity of good attitudes…and I’ll always pay more for that! Says a lot about the company and it’s leadership.

Crawlspace Ninja did an amazing job re-encapsulating our unfinished basement. The crew was knowledgeable, respectful, and paid attention to the small details. They took the time to explain each detail of the process. The before and after pictures speak volumes. Our unfinished basement is now a clean, mold free, space that I am not scared to go into.
