I am an energy efficiency consultant for the local electrical utility company and I am a firm believer in “conditioned crawlspaces”. I have recommended to hundreds of energy audit customers that they condition their crawlspaces. Today I am following my own advice. This morning, Marv’s insulated and air sealed my crawlspace walls and rim joist with closed cell spray foam. Brandon in sales bid the job, Jose and Tom performed the work. All were terrific guys and the results are as good as advertised. It’s so nice when everything works out as planned. I can’t say the same for the competition….
