Gabe and his crew are the only option you need when it comes to mold remediation. My wife and I recently bought a house that needed immediate attention. Gabe not only came out to assess the situation, but did a thorough investigation throughout the house and crawl space. His knowledge about different types of mold and how to treat and prevent them are impressive to say the least. After his crew completed the remediation, I was shocked at how clean my crawl space was compared to when they had started. It looked brand new and the mold was gone. Along with treating the mold they replaced the sump pump, laid a protective moisture barrier, and installed new ventilator fans to minimize humidity and moisture issues. To go above and beyond that, Gabe has always been a phone call away for recommendations on future preventative strategies concerning any crawl space/mold issues and even made a couple home visits outside of his busy schedule to address our concerns after hours. The crawl space was my biggest fear in purchasing this home and Gabe essentially eliminated that fear in a matter of days. I can’t say enough about this company and truly feel my family matters to them.
