Review 1
Day 1 of working with KPM for an emergency flood in the house due to a pipe breaking. Travis and Evan were on there game!! They worked tirelessly for several hours to start the mitigation of a bathroom and basement, all while explaining to me what they were doing and what was going to be happening moving forward. Let you know how the next couple of days go!!

Day 2 Evan and his crew showed up promptly and got right to work accessing their efforts done on day 1. They quickly broke up into groups and were assigned responsibilities. Despite the cold outside and wet conditions they worked with smiles on their faces. Looks like one more day left and we’ll see how it goes.

Well after some more inspection it looks like additional mitigation. Thorough look was key to uncovering wet sub floors. With that Red and some of the boys began careful removal of cabinets to get at the flooring that needed to come out. Everything that was taken out for future replacement was moved to a dry area of the house and placed behind plastic. One week later and dryers and dehumidifier still running but areas definitely drying out!

Great people to work with—we had a sump pump failure and resulting complete basement flood—KPM responded immediately, pumped out the water, removed all the damaged/ruined basement contents, dried out the basement and applied anti-mold/anti- fungal treatment. Positive, polite, encouraging staff throughout the process—excellent work and all at a very fair price. My highest recommendation for this business.
