Upon the recommendation of a family member, we hired CNT to correct several structural issues that were apparently overlooked/neglected by the original builder. Everyone (Chip, Debbie, Josh, Nick, Shane, etc.) that I spoke with throughout the process was professional, timely, and attentive. Chip Baxter met with us for the initial site visit promptly and significantly faster than what was offered by a local competitor. His cost estimates were detailed and ultimately highly accurate when compared to the final costs, which is always appreciated. After approval of the estimate, Josh Temple arrived only a few days later with an experienced work crew that performed the repairs efficiently and properly. We appreciated their attention to detail and the quality of their work and highly recommend their services.
