We have used WCC twice now and they have been great in both experiences. Their communication is excellent and they are in contact with both myself and insurance the entire time, I have not once felt uninformed. We dealt with Patrick both times and it would be tough to find somebody that offers better customer service!

I’ve used WCC both personally and professionally! The most recent was personally. They came to my rescue late at night when we found out water had taken over our kitchen and laundry room. They went above and beyond to ensure everything would be taken care of promptly and most importantly made it safe to live in. Their communication through the entire process was top notch and they made sure to protect the rest of the house from a mess as well. Not only that but they helped explained the insurance process and made sure they communicated directly with them as well. When I used them professionally they provided the same great service! Not long after they worked on my house my dad’s house also had a leak and they took great care of him too! It’s sooo refreshing to be able to say “hey dad call these guys” and confidently know they will get the job done and some! These guys are great!
