Keevan, Jarell and Hunter from Ohio Basement authorities came out yesterday to resolve an issue I had . They called letting me know they were on the way to my home and would arrive in 20 minutes. They were on time and went over all the work they would be performing. They performed all the work and cleaned up every were they were working. They asked me if everything meet my expectations before leaving. Super happy with us crew of guys. Thank you Ohio Basement authorities for sending out this fantastic crew of guys. If I could rate them on a scale from 1 to 10 I would give them an 11.

Keevan B., Jarrell and Hunter were great. They waterproofed most of my basement in only one day. They did not make a huge mess of my basement, and they were careful with my home. They had to come back one additional time at my request, because I wasn’t happy with the discharge placement outside and the float level on the sump. They came within a day, and with great attitudes I should add! A few days later I noticed water in one corner so they came back out a second time and luckily it was just a loose fitting above from the discharge pipe, and not the waterproofing system in the floor. Now, things seem ok! Fingers crossed. Big rains last night, and I finally, finally, finally had a dry basement! Thanks guys!!!
