Cincinnati Retrofoam was a great experience from beginning to end. Kyle was knowledgeable and answered all our questions (and offered additional information that we hadn’t thought of related to the color matching of the brick mortar). He explained the entire installation process and also what to expect for communication on payment, scheduling, etc. Pam was very helpful with scheduling and payments – she also communicated very effectively when severe weather was likely to impact our installation date and rescheduled to a date that was close to our original date and convenient for us!

Our install crew (Alex, Desten and Kevin) were on time and friendly throughout. They verified the installation areas, did a quick inspection of the internal areas, explained the steps for the installation (including a warning that the drilling would be loud), and the proceeded with the install. Overall it was faster than expected.

The results have been really good – a noticeable improvement in temperature comfort and improved sound insulation (the rooms are actually quieter which is great since they are bedrooms).

I’d recommend Cincinnati Retrofoam to friends, family, and neighbors (already have done)!
