Our basement flooded due to a failed sump pump and Dry Effect was quick to respond! They responded quickly when I called with a crew and plenty of fans and dehumidifiers. Because of their quick response, they were able to preserve most of the cabinetry and other items within our basement. They were also able to quickly remove the carpet and carpet pad from our basement too. Overall, they were just super kind and honest folks to work with! Would highly recommend!

2020: You would be hard pressed to find any type of contractor who was more customer service friendly. I called them in desperation on a Sunday when it was actually raining in my bedroom. They came, helped cover things and move things to prevent further damage then came back and addressed the damage. I feel they went above and beyond to remedy the situation. They ended up removing most of the walls and ceiling and helped provide restoration. It looks wonderful. They honored their estimate of services to the penny. My adjuster indicated that they were one of the best companies he has worked with, being Allstate, I think that is quite a compliment. I would not hesitate to call on them again. I appreciate everyone who worked to get my house back in order.

2024. Again, kitchen broken pipe and Dry Effects to the rescue. I feel terrible that I wrote but did. To post my 2030 adventure with them. This company now twice has gone above and beyond and I would recommend them over and over again. They made it easy for me and so helpful. I paid my deductible and they worked with my insurance. My kitchen was a mess but they got it demo’d it, dried it and cleaned up, ready for reconstruction. Just a great business! There is a before shot in here. 5 star all the way. They were even super careful with some very delicate wine glasses. That meant so much!
