What this site collects

This site has no contact form and no account system. It does not ask you to submit your name, email address or phone number anywhere. The only way to reach us is by calling 877-552-6934.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to count page views and to record when a visitor taps a call button. That records the page and the button placement, not your phone number and not the content of any call. Google may set cookies as part of this. You can block them in your browser without affecting how the site works.

The crawl space cost calculator

The calculator runs entirely in your browser. The values you enter are not transmitted to us or stored anywhere, and no result is saved.

When you call

When you call, we record what you tell us: your address, what you are seeing, and how to reach you back. We share that with the licensed contractor dispatched to your inspection, which is the purpose of the call. We do not sell it to third parties or use it for unrelated marketing.

Retention and deletion

Call records are kept while a project is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for warranty and scheduling reasons. To ask what we hold or to have it deleted, email [email protected] or call 877-552-6934.
