Pricing is an estimate, not a quote

Every price range published on this site is a planning estimate compiled from 2026 regional cost data and Metro Atlanta supplier pricing. Ranges assume a single-family detached home with a crawl space between 900 and 2,000 square feet. Your house can fall outside them for reasons only an on-site measurement will surface. The binding number is the written scope produced after that measurement.

Code and permit information

References to the Georgia residential code, permit authorities, portals and local ordinances were accurate to the best of our research as of August 2026. Jurisdictions change software, staff, boundaries and requirements. Confirm current requirements with the relevant office before relying on anything here for a permit application. Municipal boundaries in particular do not follow mailing addresses in Metro Atlanta, and jurisdiction should be verified by parcel.
